Adding Cinematics in XP

I was wondering if you could add a cinematic, kind of like an animated cutscene, into XP. If so, then how?

i dunno if it'll work but, make the animated cut scene (propa) in flash, then somehow script to when u collision with a tile to start this flash file? i dunno im guessing
