Hero/Event Control switching

I have a map like this:

       | |

Event Hero goes left, and another goes right.  I want to hit a button ("2") and be able to control the other event, not the Hero.  Then hit the button again to go back to the hero.

I made something similar to this, but I realized it can

I never thought of that (leaving a dummy).
