Searching for Battle animations for 2003

Hey, sorry for asking, but I've been searching around and I can't seem to find a Mario or Link battle animation.  Would someone please be able to tell me if these exist?  Thanks.

I think there's a template for those battle
sprites at this site.
if you want to you can edit yourself with the sprites from this site:

Heh...I don't really know what I'd be doing, and I'm not sure how to edit anything, but thanks for the resources.

Uh...heh heh...Sorry, but how do I even go about editing the battle animations?  I've used the program "Character Maker" before, but it does seem to allow pasting in graphics for sprites at all...
