Music...

A while ago I posted a topic were I asked if there was any good music making programs out there.
I got helped :^^: , and I'm now trying to master Anvil Studios.
So far I've done two "songs", but the problem is:
They SUCK!  :oops:

So my question (actually I have two questions ) is:
Is there any experienced music-maker out there that has some tips for a Noob like me?  

And the second question is:

How do I upload my music so that anyone on this side may use it?
( If there is anyone with such a bad music taste that they like my music... )

Just put the songs on megaupload or someplace like that, maybe filefont, and just paste the link here.
