are you telling me you dont have the rpg maker xp software and want to edit someone else game?

no he means he can't:

a. get in the database
b. double click on the hero's graphics
c. choose a new graphic
d. click ok

without asking first

he want teh character to change as you go through the game like ageing or similar to fable i think

this can be done using the change sprite accociation event command or by a script

actually it can be done from the db too by add/remove hero but that's just a stupid idea
