CAN YOU DESTROY THE ELECTRIC MOON?

I made this over the course of a week for 5 minute jam. the game's probably longer than five minutes unless you're really good because the game's probably too hard.

this was really rad

the music and atmosphere together are haunting, and the moon itself builds a lot of tension without anything needing to be said

your style and the uniqueness of your games have really come together with all of your projects, and from here I feel it can only continue to grow in depth

thank you! one of my goals this year was to try to make more thematic/stylistic games without sacrificing gameplay.

I had some more environmental storytelling planned, but time constraints got in the way. it's a game about a cybernetic revolt and humanity's attempts to take back the earth. it's not really implied in any way that the game takes place on earth, but I had plans for that.

the moon was inspired by sinistar and the phantos from mario bros 2. the two scariest video game characters ever. both round things that chase you.
