[VXA] Looking for a Pichu sprite

I am looking for a sprite of a standard normal Pichu--gender doesn't matter--most of the Pichu sprites I've found already aren't in the standard VX size.

Open the sprite sheet in your favorite image editor.
Example:

Take the different frames, and place them in the correct spots for the animations. If you don't know where the correct animation frame goes, then you can then use one of the RTP char sheets as a template.
