If you have, or want, a website, I shall do the work for minimal to no pay, with certain conditions of course. The site needs to be a somewhat smaller project (unless of course you would like to pay, in which case I take on larger projects too), and, you must pay for the cost of hosting and all fees required for the site to stay up. If you can afford a little bit to pay for a few coffees for me while I work on your project, it's always appreciated as well.. =D
I do not do anything that's of illegal intent, nor am I great with complex CMS's. I CAN however do raw HTML, and I try to always check for cross-browser compatibility.. Any questions, just ask =)
