Tutorial Board Permissions?

Hey guys, I just received a PM from a concerned user.
He said that he can't view the tutorial boards. Do we have a requirement for it to be visible?

I double checked the permissions, and there is no posts requirement to see the Tutorials board that I can find. I've also tried logging out and I can see it as a guest.

Hopefully this works! :/ and when I click the tutorials page it says "The topic or board you are looking for appears to be either missing or off limits to you." And I'm sure it's not blank!

Yes, I see both of them, am i clicking something wrong or something?

When I tried to get to the tutorials section, I clicked (on the right) Site Content>Tutorials>RPG Maker XP Tutorials>Show more RPG maker XP Tutorials>Find more on our RPG Maker XP Tutorial Database Board and then it shows the error..
Is there an alternate way to view the tutorial page?

Alright, I just figured out the problem. For some reason, the tutorials link on the right doesn't work for me, but the Forum button at the top works. I apologize if everyone else knew this but me. Thanks anyway to everyone trying to help out!
