Can someone help me with the Kaduki 8D system?

I try to combine them into one charset but I always get the wierd default character.
Like there's three sprites walking instead of one in-game.


I need these sprites to be Kaduki useable.
If someone could help me with this, it would mean a lot to me
since I'm doing this game for a girl that I like,

I might be able to help if I knew what "Kaduki useable" was.
