Found that link not a while ago. Kinda surprised I'm an entry in the Wikia. Well if that doesn't help, just look at the videos I uploaded on my channel xD Maybe that'll help you understand what is a YouTube Music Extender lol.

It's actually similar to what I do for a living. I'm a photo extender. See, sometimes people love a part of a photo so much, that they just want to see it a little bit more in the photo. Not the whole photo, but just that one part. So, I go in and make the picture a little bit bigger without actually adding anything of my own.
