Nightmare in ESIV: Oblivion

I have Nightmare's armor in Oblivion. I also have Soul Edge. I've downloaded his voice from Soul Calibur II and I've clipped it up for use as a custom voice.

But I can't find anything to tell me how I can make a custom voice for a given race.

PLEASE help me out here, I am very excited to rampage across the empire as the Azure Knight!

Okay, I'll look up a tutorial, but in the mean time do you have any tips or any further direction? I've never made a mod before.

Okay, I'm getting a headache from this. I've tried all the advice I've been given thus far and I can't seem to get any of it to work. Can anyone direct me to a custom class on the Oblivion nexus that has its own voice that I can just REPLACE?

EDIT: NVM, I found one that works beautifully and adds a ton of functionality. I am loving this.
