Help with the SPOILER tag?

How do I give the spoilers names? Like, for Characters, Screenshots, etc.

I have looked all around the site, but can't find a damn answer.

With [spoiler=][/spoiler] tags. Like so, if you were to quote my post:

[spoiler=This is a spoiler!]This really is a spoiler![/spoiler]

So it's an = sign? God, can't believe I didn't think of that. Thank you so much, I was pulling my hair out looking for an answer.
