[RMVXA] joining 2 scripts

ok i mainly use Yanflys scripts since started to use VXA which are awsome but ive recently found a cool script that adds extra skill cost (like mp and tp) now yanflys scripts and this script work well on main map but the new skill costs are not used in the battle display
