It's a mod for TES IV: Oblivion, coming out later this year. It's absolutely gorgeous, and I'm very interested. The overall feel of the game reminds me of Morrowind.

It looks awesome, but eh, "Prologue" makes me think it will be incredibly short, and never finished. Hopefully this isn't the case at all, because it looks sooooo good.
