Reflect spell for 2k3

Hi, I was wondering if anyone could help me make a reflect spell?

Actually RM2k3 has a built-in function for reflect spells in Database, under the Condition tab I believe, but it's rather buggy. You would have to experiment with it to see if it should be used or not though,
Other than that, I think it's impossible to make reflect skill with event since it would involve healing allies after being damaged then damage the monster again, which is pretty weird ...
