Its back under production. You can get the current patch at BitGamer, and it looks wonderful. Here's a screen to wet your appetite:

Moss.

Oh god. Is this just a visual makeover, or does it add locations/quests/items?

Please tell me this is all available as one giant master plugin. Because I've modded the hell out of this game, and when there's 50+ mods active it gets to a point where it's impossible to keep all that junk in order.

Oh god. I swore I'd never go back to this game...

Also, what the hell is BitGamer, and where can I get an invite?

If only they would fix the combat system.

God damn that's pretty, might have to install Morrowind again sometime, wonder if I can get smooth 1080p on my 4670 =/
I'm much too lazy to put an actual signature here.

Should be able to, back on my old rig I had a 4670 and I could do pretty much anything with it. How much memory does yours have?

QuoteThe Morrowind 2011 Graphical Project is no more. Following its free release early this week, the Canadian creator responsible for putting together the compendium of Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind mods has been forced to abandon the project after receiving legal threats from Bethesda and the ire of Morrowind modders.

Download links still around, so no prob finding if you want it.

I do find it very hard to believe that Bethesda threatened legal action, giving how many mods of their games are out there, I'd say a lot of people get the games just because of the massive modding community.

Wait, Bethesda threatened lawsuit for them making mods for a game.. even tough they provide official modding tools to make mods? I don't get it.

Sophist

I highly doubt Bethesda would do such a thing.

I think it was the individual creators of the mods. Though the site that Holk gave gives good rebuttals to their argument that this mod is illegal.
