[RMVX Project] Lineless

at first I will say, I translated this on my own from german into english and used a lot google for translating some words, which I don't know. Don't be rude with my english^^"
And also I will look, if this game has a chance in the english comunities before I start to translate it completely.


Preface

This project is not only my own project, it's the project of a friend and me. We've got the idea to realize this project many years before. At this time, we used the rm2k, but after a few months we lost our motivation for the project and after that we gave it up.

A few months ago, we found the story on my old computer and liked the idea. But this time it changed a lot and we will finish it this time.
We admite that it has similarities with Dissidia; Final Fantasy.


Prologue

In the search for meaning in our lives, or perhaps more to the task in life, we had to repeatedly say, that it is impossible to find a meaning to...

In search of his true self, the part of himself, with whom one lives in harmony, one often encounters limtis. This limits counteracts it, without understanding that they are thus only impenetrable...

In the search of fulfillment, the search of itself, faces many dangers. Only a few of them will be with us for a lifetime. Even the biggest risk will be with the time void and small...

But why are we hunting answer to answer? A mystery solved, the next mystery starts. One battle won, starts the next one! Every day we walk back into the fight...

Does this world, its name still involved or is it long gone? Is the search for themselves only the vain longing of a dreamer, or is there something more?

If the boundaries between good and evil erode, when they break, we have no alternative to decide for themselves what is right and what is wrong...

The harmony is dreaming of peace, the chaos will despair! Harmony is looking for silence, the chaos for the riot! The harmony will live, the chaos will kill off...


Story

When the conflict broke out of the gods, two gods operated for a war. The two gods are named Harmony and Chaos.
After a bet between Chaos and Harmonia, both choosed 10 people, warriors of Light and Darkness. 5 humans fights for harmony, 5 for chaos.
A neverending fight between heaven and hell, a fight between good and bad.

Every one of this 10, will fight to his end, not knowing for whom he is fighting. The biggest war since history was written is coming, but no one know when it ends...

Are you the hatred, the one which is full of destruction, or are you the peacefull and harmonious dreamer?

Shall the world sink in darkness, or shall it shine in bright rays of hope?

The story is not written...


Characters

Fighter for Harmony:

Name: Seth
Aged: 22
Career: free soldier
Story:
When Seth was 16, he found his big love. With 17 he married her and they were pretty happy. They had 2 childs.
As the war started, the little family was living at the boundaries of two kingdoms.
After a few months, he has to move into the war. He fought well and was a good warrior.
After the war, when he went home, he heard, that his family was killed by some warriors.
His life was ruin. He had no hope, didn't see the future. He lived to himself, alone.
He got his motivation for this last journey from Lighten, she told him, to follow the way of harmony for the last time.

Name: Leila
Aged: 17
Career: White Mage
Story:
A white mage of the southern kingdom, she worked at the 33th and the 54th division at the military hospital. She was part of the 8th division, the white mage division. At the age of 4, her parents gave her away to the "Church". She grew up and learned the good manners.
As the war started, she was sent with the 8th division out to the war at the front.
Along her training, every pupil get an own animal, with whom they have to work together. Leila got a majestic eagle, because their magic often failed after a few hours.
Leilas motivation for the last journey are: she will learn her true itself and will fight her own demons. She will know, who she is and if she is truly the child of gods immeasurable blessings.

Name: Dariuz
Aged: 21
Career: Blacksmith
Story:
As a son of an blacksmith, he learned the art of forging. He never likes his job, because he want to be a warrior, a soldier, or better, a well-known knight.
At the age of 19, when his father died, he took the forging of his father.
He went out to the journey, because he will show his father what he truly can.

Name: Jake
Aged: 19
Career: Black Mage
Story:
At the age of 5, he was took away from his parents, at the order of the king. He was learning the arts of magic. The reason, why he has taken so early is, that his character must be formed. It needs the right character to use black magic. After using the first strong spells, he found a favor for them.
Time after time, he learned all the different spells, which his teacher knew, he was sent out to world, to find new, different spells.
He use his magic only for moments, while it's appropriate. He has never used his magical force for some other reasons, than helping or defending itself and other.
He want to the journey, because he will be the best and well-known mage in the world.

Name: Alice
Aged: 16
Career: Thief
Story:
Alice grew up with her sister on the streets and she learned stealing from her parents. She can rob a person who is just passing her by, as someone else can look.
Through her inconspicuous appearance, many would argue that she is very shy, but she's the complete opposite. She is a vibrant source of energy and she is always in a good mood.
At the age of 13, she got separated from her sister, because her sister was caught by the militia. After this happening, Alice fit better in to steal, not to end up like her sister.
The motivation for Alice is unknown. Some people talk about the fact, that she is looking for new places to steal, other say, it's just for fun.

Name: Harmonia
Aged: unknown
Career: Goddess
Story:
Harmonia is the bringer of harmony and peace. She is often caught by her brothers and sisters, how she settles in her kingdom matrimonial disputes and other things like this.



Warriors of Chaos:

Name: Harvey
Aged: 24
Career: Paladin
Story:
When Harvey was a young soldier, he knew the difference of good and bad. Time by time he forgot it.
He is the opponent of Dariuz, because he lost the fight against him. After this failure, he want a bloody revenge.
Harvey live for the fight, and want to be the strongest Person in the world, but befor he get this title, he have to kill the person, who defeated him.

Name: Frey
Aged: 20
Career: Murder
Story:
Frey is a murder and searched by the militia. He is the opponent of Seth. Someone told Seth, that Frey was the murder of his wife and his childs. Frey is on the run from Seth.
In Freys childhood, he was taught by the Chaos-Theory, secretly he doesn't believe in any gods.
He has no clear goal in mind and he will equality of every mode of life.

Name: Cyrus
Aged: 17
Career: Black Mage
Story:
Cyrus got taught with Jake as black mage. Both were often in competitors struggles. At the age of 12, Cyrus was banned from his teacher, because he used his magic to bring pain and suffer. He burned down whole villages and killed many farmers.
His goal is to kill Jake and show the world, that he is the true black mage of Carnredge.

Name: Lerida
Aged: 18
Career: Thief
Story:
Lerida is the sister of Alice. She got caught by the militia and was left alone by her parents and her sister. With this action, she won't trust anymore in her family.
At the Age of 17 she got out of prison, because Harvey and Cyrus payed the caution for her. Since then she´s in their party on the journey through the land to find the fighter of Harmonia.
Cyrus and Harvey has payed the caution, because they hoped, that Leridia can show them the way to the "King of Thievery".
Leridas goal is, the revenge for the pain, what she got from her family. She wants to see her family whimper on the ground.

Name: Dragan
Aged: 30
Career: Red Mage
Story:
Dragan was the master of all the different types of magic. But when he fought against Leila, he lost, after a secret spell, his whole magic. When he started again to controll his magic, he learned the secret arts of the red magic.
Nowadays he is known as the "Blooden Red Revenger". His goal is to defeat Leila and keep her head as a trophy.

Name: Chaos
Aged: unknown
Career: God
Story:
Chaos has the skill to confuse everyone. Most of the wars are made by him.


Trivia

Magic Theory

The magic is a special part of everyones spirit, who needs a body to have an effect. Most of the mages are using rods and stuffs, which are made for increasing the floating of the own spirit. Some other mages are using different and other weapons for the fight, like swords or spears.
Another medium, which increase the power of the spirit, are other life modes. Is the relation ship between both very close, the magic will reach a higher effect.
It's necessary if the subject or animal is tall or short, the relation ship between is the key to great magic.
Everybody can use magic, but they have to learn the floating of their spirit.

4 different types of magic exists. They are similar to learn how to controll the spirit.
The differences are:

White Magic:
White magic can heal and get his power from Lighten, the goddess of sanctus. There are more than healing spells, they have also spells that can deal damage. But the most spells are for defending itself and the partymember, curing stats and healing HP. White mages are often learning with the white magic some spells out of the red and green magic, to get a better mage for battles.

Black Magic:
Black magic can be used to delete a fire or to cook something to eat. The black magic has also 6 different classes. They have also different spells and effects. The classes are: Fire, Water, Ice, Thunder, Negus and Neutrum magic.
Black Magic get his power from Finstus, the god of Negus. He knew only two spells, which can have an healing effect for people.

Red Magic:
Red magic get his power from Chaos, the god of confusion. Red mages let their spirits flow along swords or spears, some red mages are using stuffs. Red mages have only spells that call a changed status. There is a small number of spells which deals damage to the opponents.

Green Magic:
Green magic gets his power from Harmonia, the goddess of harmony. The spells increases the agility, the spirit, the defense or the attack of his partymember. Through this spells, a human can reach an increase of his power by 200%. Green mages are often used on construction sites.

Iria

Iria are magical stones. Professor Siegfreyd has found a way, how to controll the magic in there and get the power of the stones. He invited weapons which can use this form of magic.
With this technology he get well-known in the whole world and every kingdom want as much Iria as they get. After the training to be a soldier, they get an Iria-weapon.

Library of the gods

The library of the gods has more than 300 billions of books. The library doesn't look very big, normally there are only 100 books available, but they can get fast acess the book they want.
The library is given from godfather to godfather. Other gods can enter the library only if they get access from the owner.
The library has for every single person on the world a book, and for all the people that existed. There are no people or gods, which are writing the books, because the books write itself. They notice only the minds of the person.
The godfather need this information, to know what his childs are doing, because he can't look every second for them. The books won't give access or write themself further, as long as the person is also in the room.

The gods itself

There are finally 8 Gods. This Gods are: the Godfather, the Gothmother, 2 schooling Gods and 4 domain Gods.

The Godfather is the father of all the gods and "married" with the Godmother. Both gods are resistant against everything and they can use the skill mind-whisperer also on their childs and other gods.

Schooling Gods are the two youngest childs in the family of gods. They can't do anything without the permission of the domain gods or their parents. One of them can be the next Godfather, when their father dies.

The domain Gods are gods, which are looking for the world, if there is everything alright. Everyone has his own part of the world. They can get down to earth and use their mind-whisperer skills on the people.

Minds-Whisperer Skill

The mind-whisperer skill is a special skill, only gods can use them. They can't change the midns of the person with this skill, but they can help to get ideas and other helpfull things.

Features

Now I could tell you which scripts I use for this game, but that's necessary, I will tell you only the points, which I think they're features.

3 different Battly-Systems.
The standard battle system, which you will face most is the Tankentai SBS (without ATB) with some add-ons. There will be a tactical KS like the one from Gubid, but I will do it on my own, because I will change it, to be like the tactical KS in Bahamut Lagoon. And the third battle system will be a dancemove BS, which I will do either on my own (description is found under this list)

Tactical Move Battle System:
The best is, if you look a video from Bahamut Lagoons battle system to know how it will look like (=

Dancemove Battle System:
The dancemove BS is a little strange BS. There will be some enemies, which will dance against you. There are some steps available and you or the enemy must dance a little sequence and the other have to dance it too. If he make a mistake, his "life" will be decreased. If you are the one who hase to dance it and make a mistake, your "life" will be decreased.

Different Skill System:

Skill-Shard System:
The Skill-Shard System is a special Skill-Learning System. You have some points, which you can exchange against some skills. There are 2 different arts of skills. The one are the magical skills, which have an linear way to get. You have to pay the points for Skill 1 and then for Skill 2 etc.
The other Skills are technical skills, which you can choose the skills, which skill you want.
If you get tired of the skills, you can exchange the skills with the points you paid.

Iria System:
The Iria System is like the materia system from FFVII. You can find the Irias only by the Professor or his helpers. The Irias can increase or decrease HP, MP etc.

Skill-Used System:
There will be some skills, they will "lv-up" by using 100 times or by using 10 times usw.

Skinter:
Skinter is a game like chess, but will contain the tactical battle system. You can say, that Skinter is a minigame based on the tactical bs.
