I have no intention to. If the maker isn't sharing then it is likely his/her own design and he/she wants to keep it that way. I don't have any desire to steal someone's design. Besides, it looks like a lot of work and I have no time for it.

If you're just looking for a generic sideview battle system, then you could try Tankentai or Battle Engine Melody

I have never seen a public script with the exact battle system and HUD in that screenshot though.
