[RMXP] Character Edit Request

This is for a game I'm making for myself/family and a few friends.
For this one villain I have, he has an odd way of teleporting lets just say. What I'm after is an Edit to the characterset I have, what I need is for him to put his hand out and then get sucked into it then disappear (Like I said, its an odd way of him teleporting).

He should be facing down and standing still and have it with his right hand out. Next is to show the process of him getting sucked into it.
Any help would be great and you'll be credited.
