I recoloured some RTP characters with adobe photoshop cs5, and fused the sets with Paint, and now they aint transparent, how do I get them to be transparent again?

Depending on what Windows Version you have, your MSPaint might not keep transparency. Just import it again, and left-click on the part you want transparent while importing.
