Now, I know how to go into my router's thingy and set up a port, but no matter how much I've looked, I've yet to come across a solution to my current problem.

So, just gonna put it out there that I'm using a NETGEAR router.

So, I can get my ports to forward. But only one. I used "9001" as an arbitrary port to forward for uTorrent so my torrents would finish faster and stuff, and it works perfectly fine; canyouseeme.org says it works. However, any other attempts at forwarding ports fails. In addition, if uTorrent isn't running at the moment, then port 9001 runs into the same "Connection timed out." problem.

Try again using these tutorials (if you haven't been doing so): http://portforward.com/
I'm much too lazy to put an actual signature here.

If your router supports uPnP you should use this instead.

Yeah, that's how I first learned to forward ports, lol. Also, I often get a "Connection Refused" error.

@Roph: uPnP is on.
