RMRK Diablo II - Lord of Destruction + MOD

Alright folks, if you're up for Diablo II via LAN, with Hamachi since Gameranger fucks up the colors and B.Net doesn't work.

Torrent: Diablo II + LoD (1.8GB)

Here's the MOD we'll be using
WHEN WE CAN ACTUALLY FIGURE IT OUT.

Ninjabump, just going with Hamachi, download from the link in the first post, I've got the network info because our old one is full of people that nobody knows.

PM me or ask on IRC or Teamspeak for the info when you're set to play.

Also, I'm using x64 Windows 7, and I downloaded this. I extracted this and ran the Mod-Crack_ZKZ.exe thang and set the directory as the "Diablo II" that's in the same folder. I have the four shortcuts on my desktop, yet, when I double-click "Diablo II," it doesn't respond and just runs a process in the background. ._.

You have to run the Vista Aero Disabler before running the game, it's in the notes on the torrent info on piratebay.

Step 1: Run the Disable Desktop Composition
Step 2: Run the Diablo II shortcut

That's what I did before. Anyways, I found out the problem is that D2 just takes 5 minutes to load up, and it comes up with bad colours. The way to fix this (is because StarCraft has the same problem, and there was a fix for it somewhere that I found) is to end the process "explorer.exe" which is done through a .bat (and then the shortcut's made from there). But still... 5 minutes is DUMB, lol.

Whether "explorer.exe" is ended or not, I always get a "We got a big error here :-(" when I close D2, lol...

Will the portable version will work fine with the retail version, and will I have to patch or is the portable version the LoD version (patch 1.07)?

(Side note: Sorry, Moo, about Borderlands. I had every intention to play with you, but I had family visiting until the 13th and I just couldn't find the time.)
