I just finished my second play through of ME2 and it was worth it. ME1 is good, but ME2 just blows the original out of the water.

I haven't played 2, yet, but I really enjoyed 1.

Damn...I don't have steam or anything.  The few hours of mass effect I played (I just got Wrex to the part where you can enter paragon, renegade, or kill Wrex) before I moved away and couldn't borrow my friends anymore. Anyway I can get it without steam or something?

uh, Steam is free so if you have the money for it it's not like Steam is going to charge you to sign up.

Just beat the main storyline for ME, fucking badass, now to go for more completion % and rolling an asshole shep

Why would you get Mass Effect 1/2?  2 is already out.  That's 4 times as much Mass Effect.
