RMRK.net has nothing to do with Blockchains, Cryptocurrency or NFTs. We have been around since the early 2000s, but there is a new group using the RMRK name that deals with those things. We have nothing to do with them.
NFTs are a scam, and if somebody is trying to persuade you to buy or invest in crypto/blockchain/NFT content, please turn them down and save your money. See this video for more information.

Despite what the title says, I'm more concerned on the best way to go about updating topics regarding my project on forums (well, and my own blog, but that's beside the point).  I find that once all the system work is done, updating these things with any meaningful content dissolves into either:

1) Repetitive
2) +1 to your post count

For example, much of what's left for my project is just mapping.  The battle system, CMS, mini games, character designs, these are all finished.  Should I just post screen shot after screen shot showing my progress from day to day?  Is there someway I can write updates to demonstrate that the game is moving forward without simply repeating the "posted a new screen shot, enjoy" routine?

I only have this concern because apparently a few sites thought my game dead.  It was never dead, I just didn't feel like posting image after image and spoil the whole game >.<

Giving a few teaser shots showing non-essential areas of your most recent maps is alright. Just some of the prettier areas to catch your player's attention. Make a few towns/dungeons/etc, finish em up, then snap a few mysterious shots. :)
