(HELP)Passable Tiles only by coming from a single direction? on VX

Hi
Is it possible to make a tile passable if they come by a certain direction? i.e. for the stair tiles on TileC, it is completely passable, but I want it to only be passable when coming from either left or right like normal stairs should be. Can I do this or do I have to use a certain script?
