Most PSP ISO's that they have aren't very well compressed I remember Star Ocean being in up to 11 parts, it's slightly inconvenient having to download it in so many parts. But then again, they really did have pretty much all the games...

I use pspisoz.com for my PSP ISOs They have it usually in one or two parts; rarely 3. For the most part, they're well compressed. They're usually in .cso format or optimized in .iso format; if they're not, you can easily do it yourself anyways.

Just use torrents. They're faster, usually in one part, and posted quicker than dd sites.
