Most Deserving Of A Promotion

It takes a special sort of person to become a Staff member. They need charisma, diplomacy, insight, dedication and a sense of humility.

Of course, we don't have anyone like that, so we just promote established members instead. That said, some people seem more deserving of the key to the Mod Hut than others.

Which member do you think is most deserving to step up the ladder?

Seriously, with the amount of work and effort he's done this year, he deserves to be an administrator more than Nouman or Halo. He's pretty much the leader keeping the RPG Maker section when few other mods have anything to do with it anymore.

I agree, I think there are far to many global moderators and super mods at the moment. And honestly, how many Administrators does RMRK need?

However, the people I think who should get a promotion before anyone else, Modern Algebra or Irock.

I still don't think he'd be that bad of a super mod, but I still think RMRK has too many mods as it is.

Mods are around, but I don't really notice any of them doing much, but think it's cause there's not that much to do. lol, and if something needs to get done, one person does it and leaves the other 17 in the dust so it looks like they don't do anything. I kind of like it this way since they and we are all online at different times.

While we still don't do much, a lot of the stuff we do is behind the scenes. I don't know about the other mods but I move/split/despam a topic every day or so. Just because we don't go "SO AND SO DID THIS EVERYONE TAKE NOTE" doesn't mean we didn't fix a problem.

Imma nominate LadyJules and Grafikal. Grafikal has done a lot of work helping others out in the game creation section more than a lot of the current staff, and I greatly respect him for what he's done. And LadyJules, how can you not want to give a such a nice person a higher position? ^^
