Honestly had no idea where to put this, so feel free to beat me if it's in the wrong place.


I've been unable to find out a way to tweak the Pokemon Starter Kit in a way that will get rid of the "Choose Gender and Name" part of the intro, so I brainstorm's and came up with an idea.

At certain times in the game, the player character will speak to the player (as the game is in the form of story the prontagonist is telling to the player - similar sort of thing to "Nobody True", if you've read it.).

In the intro, when she asks the gender and name of the player, she is in fact asking the gender and name of her listener - and will use their name when speaking directly to the player during gameplay.


Now, does that sound alright, it does it sound a little retarded?
