Okay then. Here I am, new to this... well... new place. I'm on a few other rmvx boards so I though I'd stop in here and suckle on your brains for a while. There's the introduction.

I've been looking but so far it seems that VX games are only playable on your computer. I know you can play action game maker files on the XBOX. I was just wondering if anyone around here had found any useful information concerning platforming.

there are a ton of programmers slumming around the game maker forums... I don't know why they haven't developed something. its not like enterbrain hid their code. I'm assuming that the right person (or team) could develop a formatting program... I wish I was better at code.

I'm assuming that it's way too much work and that all of the RPGM's engines aren't anywhere NEAR the power they need to be at for platforming. This is a program floating around this forum for making a platform game, specifically one that can be exported as either its natural game file, a flash game, or xbox live arcade game. I'm way too freakin' tired at the moment as I just woke up, to go and look for this for you, but I know it's a fairly recent topic in the Other Programs board or something.

Yeah, that's Indie Game Maker - poisonshift mentioned it in his first post. As far as I know though, there is no script or program to convert RMVX games into XNA. Sorry.

So XNA is the XBox format?
