Bolds first and foremost, regulars in no specific order.
I was recently playing SMW and got all the maps and secrets cleared but four three maps: Bowser's Castle, 2 Secret Star World and I think the Fortress in the 8th world. I also had 99 lives thanks to the one really hard but really easy to get lives secret star world level. (I think 7 or 6). I eventually got sick of it because I did it all in a day or so and was seeing 1-ups when I closed my eyes.

EvilM00s

Super Metroid
    "     Turrican
Musya
Castlevania (any of 'em)
FF IV
FF VI
The Lost Vikings
Lemmings, Lemmings2: The Tribes
Breath of Fire
Street Fighter 2
Secret of Mana
Chrono Trigger
Legend of Zelda LttP
Any Megaman
Super Ghouls 'n' Ghosts (or was it ghosts 'n' goblins?)

Holy crap, there's a bunch, but those stand out in my head
