The first video card released to support DirectX11, it can also quad-crossfire despite being only a single core video card.  It's performance is equal to an HD 4870x2, with better power usage and cooling.  Since you can only use two GTX 295s in SLI (Two of them counts as a quad SLI), even if you use the single PCB version, Radeon can now get you the absolute best performance.

Run three HD 5870s in Tri-CrossFire and you've already beaten out what you can get out of any other card.  Run four in quad CrossFire and you have something that you won't even need for at least 5 years.

When's the GTX300 seires coming out?  Will they be better than the HD 5870? What about the HD5890, how much better do you think it'll be?

Discuss.
