EDIT: Garena is also a good virtual LAN. I'm pretty sure you can play without a CD key? I haven't tried.

1] What time is this? Tomorrow happens to be my first day back to school, the prison for all masterful Nipple Ninjas D:

2] Could someone explain to me what DotA is and how it works? I've never played it before.

Dota is where you control a single hero with computer controlled spawns and you try to kill enemy's FrozenThrone/World Tree.

That's the gist of it, but there's a whole lot of finesse to it. You need to decide what items to get (for whatever situation you're in. Depending on their hero, your hero, the number of people playing, etc.) what skill build to go (same thing as for item build. Depends on enemies' heroes, number of people, etc.) when to use skills and conserve mana, and ASDFASDFASD. A whole bunch of stuff I still haven't learned (although I'm not bad).

Also, anyone mind telling me how to fix Hamachi? ;-;

EDIT: Fix'd. Ready to play anytime. We should have a DotA tournament of 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, 4v4, 5v5 (not all) some day. :3

LazerKirby: It's a program free to use and download (not free to buy and host a server for ventrilo). It's a speech program. Basically it's like a chat room but you speak instead of type. There are 'hotkeys' which you can set that if you press them anywhere (ingame or not) your microphone (if you have one) will activate and you can talk so that players in the same chatroom as you can hear you. It's a MUCH faster alternative than typing messages ingame. You have to have that Ventrilo (aka. Vent) information to join rooms. Also, don't share the information too much (not that a lot of people would care) but you can have ANYBODY join, and ventrilo servers do have limits the number of people that are allowed on the server at one time. It costs more money for the host of the server to host for more people.
