Monster Help

I'm just fooling around with RPG Maker 03 at this point. I saw the monsters and I was wondering if I could import my own monsters onto the database. I want to import a picture of these sprites http://www.picceta.com/Rm2k3/img-armoured-krillen-2-155.htm into the Database. I flip it so its looking the right way, then I import it, but it says invalid image size.

Hi you need to go to paint and click on the krillin sprite and resize it.
144x384 and THEN import it.

Since you're fooling with Rm2k3, are you sure you are importing it to the right folder?
