Requesting some help with sprites...

Hello.. I am new here and with the RPG Maker. I tried the XP version but then I thought I might do better with the 2003 one.

To the business:  I started making a character inspired heavily by Lufia II: Rise of the Sinistrals, and I got this:



The problem is that I know there are something wrong with his legs and arms and I have spent MANY MANY hours trying to fix it .. What should I do to get it look proper?

PS. Please don't laugh at my character too much.. It is my first character ever

I think he needs to bend his knees a little more maybe? Do you want me to try to modify it?

Yeah, I really don't know how I should make them bend so you could try.
