If the IP you are checking is not in our database, but you are receiving bounce messages saying it is, then it is probable the IP has been removed from our database but DNS servers around the internet have not yet updated. In this case, wait 1-2 hours and the blocking should clear by itself.

Send your mail (or get your family to send their mail) via comcast's SMTP servers. Web mail doesn't count since it's all done over HTTP POSTs, but if you or somebody else on your connection is using an email client and sending mail via an SMTP server other than comcast's, then it looks like this is what triggered it.
