[Request] Cartoony Template

[Oh Summer]

Hey, requesting a character TEMPLATE for RMXP.  I say template because I can just do recolors and edits myself, I'm just horrible with making the body.
The size I would say Half-Kaiser style, the size of what a "child" would look like in half-kaiser.  Need it to be kind of brightish (cartoony style here)
