Roph,

so I'm moving a site and the domain is on Godaddy. When I log into plesk, I don't see a nameserver provided and the person who is hosting tells me to use the 'unique IP' listed in Plesk install. But that isn't a name server.

I'm pretty confused ;)

lol plesk

Find out another domain hosted on the server and then try using a service like whois.sc to find out what nameservers they're using. If they're too stupid to know what you want that sounds like a bad start anyway, enjoy your shitty hosting

Failing that, http://freedns.afraid.org/

The thing is she's on godaddy right now, and someone she knows offered to host her for free so she accepted since godaddy was hanging when she uploaded files. Id say anythings better than godaddy.

The only other domain I could possibly figure out is the site hosting her: http://quadranttelecom.com/ the entry point for the gateway is:
https://brazos.quadranttelecom.com
