    • im having problems with this new card for some reason its disk doesn't install. so i just went and downloaded the drivers. the problem now is that the card doesn't exist to the computer. It tells me that its running off the old one. What should i do then?

    • have you tried turning it off and on again?

    could you remove the card check for dust and put it back in again?

    im not competent or intellectual enough to install it the first time. I had my step brother install it. He hasn't used vista enough to find out why it doesn't work.

    why would the card have dust. i just got the card. There was no dust when i saw it.
