im having problems with this new card for some reason its disk doesn't install. so i just went and downloaded the drivers. the problem now is that the card doesn't exist to the computer. It tells me that its running off the old one. What should i do then?

im not competent or intellectual enough to install it the first time. I had my step brother install it. He hasn't used vista enough to find out why it doesn't work.

why would the card have dust. i just got the card. There was no dust when i saw it.
