Larger Sprites

I was wondering how to import sprites as larger than 32x32. I tried importing a sprite sheet that uses 32x64 sprites and imported it with a "!" at the beginning of the name, but it splits it into 16x32 sprites. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

You use $, not !.

! has something to do with doors or summat.
