Request - Menu and Windows

I'm in need of a neat custom menu and window, and I'm not very talented at doing so x.x
Menu Detail:
  - Status - A full body picture, Name, Age, Gender, Race, Nation, Health, Mana, Attack, Defense, Spirit, Agility Current EXP, EXP to next level, Current equipment, Class
  - Skills - Character face at top of screen in a seperate window, with name and class next to it, in the bottom window is the characters skill, it's icon, and mp cost, in two 
              rows.
               Use of Q, W for scrolling left and right through characters.
- Items - Basic list of items with their icons
- Equipment - Character equipment screen with Use of Q, W to scroll through characters left and right, with full equipment bonus displayed (Not just ATK or DEF, I want ALL                                                               
                       stats displayed here)
- Party - A Pary management script that I don't have yet. I would like this to only work on the world map and at save points, which I also don't have yet
  - Tutorials - A section for me to list any tutorials my game might have.
- Quit Game - Leads to the Quit game options.

I might possibly want more options at a later time if anyone is willing.

The menu should appear as a worn scroll, tan in color, with torn edges all around, if a cursor is possible, a Quill would be great.


If anybody can do this for me, you'll be my hero and get full credit for menu system! Thanks in advance to anybody that will help!
