[Resolved - Own stupidity] Linking a Script to Items

Hey guys / girls.

I cant seem to figure this out, I want to Create Items (Scrolls) that are the skills for another script i found (Advanced Crafting Skill) cant remember exactly where i found it though, But basically it will need to do the following.

Have the Item (Create leather) Items number 5 for instance and when its used it will use the following script to activate it for the character
$game_crafting.discover(1) <--- This would actually activate the Skill of Create Leather for the character.
So even if i need to define a HUGE listing for all the skills and the the scrolls.
Would also like to maybe have a Book Item that would teach a few like how to make a set etc...

I have defined All the Crafting skills and requierments it just attaching them to items i got a problem with now...

Um, make the item call a common event and then put in that common event the code you want.

um............. ok i have looked and looked either im loosing it or just dont see it though...

But in VX where you say call commen event????? i dont see it......... been looking but dunno maybe the working on it at 10 in the evenings not such a good idea then lol.
