Remove the "automatic" & "escape" choice...(2k3)

Hello, everyone...
This is my first post and I'll go straight.
When you start a battle (meet monsters), after the ATB (refer to FF) bar goes full we'll meet the "fight, automatic, and escape" option first... Then if we choose fight we'll go to the hero's action availabe such as attack, skill, item, etc...
I want to make the hero's action come instantly (the attack, skill, etc..) without choosing the fight option 1st after the ATB bar full. Thus, it'll also disabled the automatic and escape option...
