hello this is my frist sprite so pleas tell me what to improve on

Not bad for your first time.
Work on making it not look as square. (the shoulders and such)

There is no shading on your sprite at all, looks like its only one color on each base. The sprite looks square, try to make a curve, but for now mainly work on the shading.

Look up some spriting tutorials on shading.

With a little more practive you should be able to make some pretty nice sprites
