What I'm wanting to learn is how to make light come from a fire when I have the screen tinted as if it was night time. Please help if ya can :D

Either make a custom fog for that map, or you could just use a character set that is a light looking like it comes from a fire.

theres a shadow tile you can use. if you use that to tint the color you can just remove it in the places that are supposed to be light and its easily editable with the paint program to make any shape you want. thats what i do
