Summary
<<Now after seeing there is a script for a party menu, its it possible for every member to gain experience even though they never entered battle?

On Rogue Galaxy, you can only have 3 members out in battle at a time, they have a system which not only gives experience to the members that was in battle, they give every member experience. Thus causing leveled gameplay =]
