OSX on Windows machine?

I've been looking around, and from what I see it looks like it's hard to get OSX working on a windows machine. Is there a easy way? Maybe a ""crack" that will let it work

Macs use specialised hardware, and OSX is only designed to work on the intended hardware. You can't just run it on any PC.
