^ This is the one I uploaded. I circled the obvious problems. I know it might seam stupid to some, but this really annoys me. Every time I upload the tileset the same thing happens.

Any ideas?

It looks like a problem with setting transparency. Right click the shadows, left click the background of the tileset when you are importing it.
