Help with torrenting problems[resolved]

when im trying to download a torrent but it doesn't download. Well it downloads but stays at 0%.

Which antivirus do you use, you might have to change utorrent to be alowed, i had that problem.

Solution: Change ISP / Wait for new version of the BT protocol =x

I change the protocol header encryption to forced and that is suppose to help.

edit it worked
