I have 20 or so SNES games... but no working SNES. I was wondering if you think I could get much for them. I was thinking Ebay. The thing is, I have not clue what to price them at.

Quote from: Games
Super Mario ALL-STARS
The legend of Zelda: A link to the past
Megaman 7
Donkey kong country 2: Diddy's kong quest
ZoopAAAHH!!! Real Monsters
Scooby Doo
Double Dragon
Lester
Mario's Time Machine
Goof Troop
Mystic Quest
Aladdin
RoboCop 3
World Heroes
We're back
Spide-man Xmen
Taz-Mania
Jurassic Park
Tetris 2
Thomas the tank engine & friends
Mario's early years "fun with letters"

biohazard

Depends what games they are, and what condition they are in.  I wouldn't say more than $35.

Zylos

I just saw an auction on Ebay for group of 23 snes games. It's current bid is over $100.

Like biohazard said, it all depends on what games you're planning of selling.

These are best estimates as to how much they'd sell for individually on Ebay.

QuoteSuper Mario ALL-STARS: $5.00-$15.00
The legend of Zelda: A link to the past: $5.00-$10.00
Megaman 7: $10-$20
Donkey kong country 2: Diddy's kong quest: $2.00-$10.00
AAAHH!!! Real Monsters: $1.00
Scooby Doo: $2.00-$8.00
Double Dragon: $5.00-$15.00
Lester: $1.00
Mario's Time Machine: $1.00-$5.00
Goof Troop: $1.00
Mystic Quest: $1.00-$5.00
Aladdin: $1.00
RoboCop 3: $1.00
World Heroes: $1.00
We're back: $1.00
Spider-man Xmen: $1.00
Taz-Mania: $1.00
Jurassic Park: $1.00-$5.00
Tetris 2: $1.00-$5.00
Thomas the tank engine & friends: $1.00
Mario's early years "fun with letters": $1.00-$5.00

Generally, the one's listed at $1.00 are not selling real good right now. It might be best if you sold those as a bundle.

MMX2 and MMX3 can earn up to $300.

MM7 will probably net similar.

I have a copy of MMX2, but I don't know where it is at the moment.

lol, $300? I think you meant $30. Nobody in their right mind would pay $300 for a single game, no matter how rare it is.

I think the price has gone down a bit for SNES games now that the VC has come...it's sad really...  :-[

Last time I checked for a copy of All-Stars (before I got mine) it was selling over 60+ (depending on condition) a copy I think. This was like five or six years back, however.

Zylos

It's still fairly popular, but definitely not $60+ anymore.

haloOfTheSun

Having the box the game came in will of course produce better prices.

And Mystic Quest is known for selling fairly high. I didn't sell my copy on ebay, but at a used video game/music/etc. store here for $200 without box. I know on ebay it sells fairly high as well. At least it used to.

What it will depend on the most is how many copies are currently being sold on ebay. The less copies available, the better your profit.

Zylos

Don't expect to sell it for $200 on Ebay. There's still a lot of copies flying around.

haloOfTheSun

Ebay is a ripoff for selling games anyway, unless you have something really rare.

SirJackRex

I didn't know Mystic Quest sold that well...

haloOfTheSun

I sold mine about 5 years ago and I still had the box. It's obviously not so rare anymore.

What do the systems go for?

I have.
2 NESs
4 N64s
2 gamecubes

Do you think I could sell all or some of them and then buy a SNES? I'd rather have a working SNES and play my games then sell them.

Easy, you could sell 'em all for like $60...i think ('bout £30-£40) And pick up a snes for like £20.

Arrow

No, I meant hundred. Finding the actual cartridges of those games is a BITCH. But of course, VC is out now, so yes prices have dropped dramatically.

Earthbound can still end up selling for near $200.

Has EB been released for the VC yet? God, I hope it will be if it hasn't...

haloOfTheSun

Not in North America, but it likely will be released with a demo of it being on Brawl.

Hopefully, anyone know what Link to the Past and Secret of Mana?

I KNOW it's been confirmed SOMEWHERE, but I can't remember...

ChaosSpartan28

Well, currently most of those prices from EBAY are really low because EBAY sellers have gone on strike against EBAY for making some new regulations on posting/selling stuff. So in return, sellers are selling most of their stuff really cheap so EBAY can't make much of a profit.

...In other words, START BUYING A TON OF SHIT WHILE IT IS CHEAP!!!

I have a game called Final Fantasy 2: Simon's Quest

No-one may buy em, since it's the days of the EMULATORZ.
